Returns & Exchanges

At CRZ YOGA, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
